Mustard oil
Mustard oil -
For centuries people in South Russia produce Mustard oil. Traditional methods used to extract vegetable oil do not destroy the physico-chemical characteristics of the vegetable oil. Freshly pressed, unrefined oil is a nutritional addition to any healthy meal providing valuable essential fatty acids from natural sources.
We produce pressed edible Mustard oil from low-erucic variety of Oriental Mustard seeds (Brassica juncea).
Mustard oil has been a source of vitamins A, D, E. Natural antioxidant - fat-soluble vitamin E ( tocopherol ) normalizes metabolism disorder, slows down the process of aging and prevents cancerous diseases. Beta-carotene is a source of vitamin A, the vitamin of growth and acute eyesight.
